RRB Group D Exam date 2018 admit card: रेलवे ग्रुप डी लेवल सीबीटी परीक्षा 17 सितंबर से शुरू हो गई है। RRB की वेबसाइट्स से अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। रेलवे उम्मीदवारों के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेनें चला रहा है। उम्मीदवार अपने एडमिट कार्ड के साथ ऑरिजनल फोटो आईडी भी लाएं। फोटो आईडी की फोटो कॉपी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। RRB Group D Exam 2018 में दिन में तीन शिफ्ट होंगी। पहली शिफ्ट सुबह 9 बजे, दूसरी दोपहर साढ़े 12 बजे और शाम की शिफ्ट की परीक्षा 4 बजे शुरू होगी।

RRB Group D Exam date 2018 admit card: रेलवे ग्रुप डी लेवल सीबीटी परीक्षा 17 सितंबर से शुरू हो गई है। RRB की वेबसाइट्स से अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। रेलवे उम्मीदवारों के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेनें चला रहा है। आरआरबी ग्रुप डी भर्ती परीक्षा से जुड़ी 5 महत्वपूर्ण बातें:

1. एडमिट कार्ड उम्मीदवार को आरआरबी की वेबसाइट के Click here to Download E-Call Letter के लिंक पर क्लिक कर  अपना यूजर आईडी और जन्मतिथि डालकर डाउनलोड करना होगा।

2. RRB Practice Test Papers - परीक्षा कम्प्यूटर बेस्ड होगा इसीलिए RRB की वेबसाइट पर मॉक टेस्ट (Mock Test) का लिंक है, जहां पर क्लिक कर Group D CBT परीक्षा प्रश्न पत्र का स्वरूप को समझ सकते है। कंप्यूटर में प्रश्न किस तरह से आएंगे और कैसे उन्हें माउस की सहायता से उत्तर देना होगा।

3.उम्मीदवार अपने एडमिट कार्ड के साथ ऑरिजनल फोटो आईडी भी लाएं। फोटो आईडी की फोटो कॉपी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

4.RRB Group D Exam 2018 में दिन में तीन शिफ्ट होंगी। पहली शिफ्ट सुबह 9 बजे, दूसरी दोपहर साढ़े 12 बजे और शाम की शिफ्ट की परीक्षा 4 बजे शुरू होगी।

rrb group d exam date 2018 admit card: रेलवे ग्रुप डी लेवल सीबीटी परीक्षा कल यानी 17 सितंबर से शुरू होने जा रही है। जिन अभ्यार्थियों ने एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड नहीं किए हैं वो RRb की वेबसाइट्स से अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। आपको बता दें कि 63 हजार पदो पर आरआरबी ग्रुप डी भर्ती के लिए 17 सितंबर की परीक्षा के एडमिट कार्ड जारी कर दिए गए हैं। यहां जान लें परीक्षा से जुड़ी 5 महत्वपूर्ण बातें:

1. एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को आरआरबी की वेबसाइट के Click here to Download E-Call Letter के लिंक पर क्लिक कर  अपना यूजर आईडी और जन्मतिथि डालकर डाउनलोड करना होगा। 

2. RRB Practice Test Papers - RRB की वेबसाइट ने मॉक टेस्ट (Mock Test) का लिंक एक्टिवेट कर दिया है।  इस लिंक पर क्लिक कर ग्रुप डी के परीक्षार्थी यह देख सकेंगे कि Group D CBT परीक्षा प्रश्न पत्र का स्वरूप कैसा होगा। कंप्यूटर में प्रश्न किस तरह से आएंगे और कैसे उन्हें माउस की सहायता से उत्तर देना होगा।

International Literacy Day : History, Themes and Schemes to Increase Literacy in India

International Literacy Day (अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय साक्षरता दिवस - उद्देश्य व्यक्तिगत, सामुदायिक और सामाजिक रूप से साक्षरता के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालना)

International Literacy Day is Observed by All United Nations' Member States on 8th September was declared International Literacy Day by UNESCO on 26 October 1966 at 14th session of UNESCO's General conference. It was celebrated for the first time in 1967.

To celebrate 52nd International Literacy Day was organised at New Delhi today.
According to Census of India report 2011, India's literacy rate is 74.04 per cent. The literacy among men is 82.14 per cent, while for women it's 65.46 per cent.

Schemes launched by Government of India to Increase Literacy (Saakshar Bharat)

Samagra Siksha - Recently launched ‘Samagra Siksha’ which is an integrated scheme for school education extending support to States from pre-school to senior secondary levels for the first time. Under this scheme about one million schools will get library grant of Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 20,000 to strengthen the libraries, “Padhega Bharat Badhega Bharat”.

Every school will get sports equipment under the Samagra Shiksha, at the cost of Rs. 5000 for Primary, Rs. 10,000 for Upper Primary & up to Rs. 25,000 for SSC & HSC schools to inculcate & emphasize relevance of sports to realise the dream of “Khelega India Khilega India”.

Kasturba Gandhi BalikaVidyalaya (KGBV) to be expanded from Class 6-8 to Class 6-12 to fulfil Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s commitment to Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is Government of India's programme for achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE), as mandated by 86th amendment to the Constitution of India making free and compulsory Education to the Children of 6-14 years age group, a Fundamental Right.
SSA is being implemented in partnership with State Governments to cover the entire country.

National Literacy Mission - The goals of the National Literacy Mission is to attain full literacy, i.e., a sustainable threshold level of 75 percent by 2007.The mission seeks to achieve this goal by imparting functional literacy to non-literates in the 15-35 age group.

According to UNESCO’s "Global Monitoring Report on Education for All (2006)", South Asia has the lowest regional adult literacy rate (58.6%), followed by sub-Saharan Africa (59.7%). Countries with the lowest literacy rates in the world are Burkina Faso (12.8%), Niger (14.4%) and Mali (19%).

International Literacy Day Themes

Some of the year wise themes of the International Literacy Day are as follows:

The theme for 2007 and 2008 was “Literacy and Health”. It focused on literacy and epidemics (communicable diseases like HIV, Tuberculosis, Malaria, etc.)

2009-2010: “Literacy and Empowerment”. It focused on gender equality and empowering women.

2011-2012: “Literacy and Peace”. It focused on the importance of literacy for peace.

2013: “Literacies for the 21st Century” to promote global literacy.

2014: “Literacy and Sustainable Development”. It focused on sustainable development in the areas of social development, economic growth, and environmental integration.

2015: “Literacy and Sustainable Societies”

2016: “Reading the Past, Writing the Future”

2017 : `Literacy in a digital world’

2018 : 'Literacy and Skills Development'
